We want you to love your County Boutiques purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
1. Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
- Final sale items cannot be returned
2. How to Return
- Initiate your return via our Returns Portal
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship using the prepaid label (Ireland) or your preferred carrier (international)
3. Refunds
- Processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- Refund issued to original payment method
4. Exchanges
We currently offer refunds only. Please place a new order for replacement items.
5. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us immediately via our Support Form with photos of the issue.
6. International Returns
- Customer pays return shipping
- Customs/duties are non-refundable
